The windows of Downtown Nashville have been decorated for Homecoming for Nashville High School, which is all week long with the parade and football game against Pinckneyville on Friday and the dance on Saturday.  Co-cheerleading coach, Ashley Engele says they are the spirit crew for the school and so they do their part by decorating the windows to pump up the town for Homecoming.  Seniors Keneesha Sutt and Kenzie Mill were leading the way yesterday.  Mill was going around asking each business on Main Street if they would allow the cheerleaders to paint their windows and she got very positive replies, as she says Nashville is very good about supporting all the sports and general activities.  Meanwhile, Sutt has ideas on how to paint the windows, saying they try to keep with the theme of the business, but if they can’t, they will go with the theme of Blue or of Homecoming.  The theme this year is Rock of Ages.  Today is hat and t-shirt day, while tomorrow is Rock of Ages Day.
