The Nashville Police Department responded to 8 calls in the past week.  That included 2 people being escorted out of town, as the pair were soliciting in town without a permit.  They responded to a domestic dispute, as well as other minor incidents.  They also initiated a traffic stop on Saturday as they issued at DUI to Crystal M. Barone of Nashville, as well as Resist-Obstruct a Peace Officer.

 

 

There were 3 accidents in Nashville in the past week.  The first was on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 out at LN Shell, by Interstate 64, in the morning, as 2 semi-tractor trucks were involved.  According to the Nashville Police Report, a semi driven by 25-year old Joshua L. Wyman of Middleton, Tennessee struck a semi driven by 31-year old Tarlev Valentin of Federal Way, Washington.  The 2nd accident was on Friday, October 11 in the early afternoon at Hardee’s with a fender bender.  The 3rd accident was late Saturday morning at East Walnut and North Hoffman Streets.  According to that report, an SUV driven by 75-year old Dorothy G. Lange of Nashville allegedly missed a turn onto East Walnut Street and began backing on North Huffman, into the front of a car driven by Karen A. Bunker of Nashville, who was stopped at the time.  In reference to all 3 accidents, no one was injured and no citations were issued.
