MT. VERNON, IL — On Wednesday, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office along with the Mt. Vernon Police Department reported the following arrests;

50-year-old Demetrius Goss of Mt. Vernon was arrested Tuesday by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office for Criminal Trespass to a Residence & Violating an Order of Protection.

41-year-old Robert Newbury of Bluford was arrested Tuesday by the Mt. Vernon Police Department on an Out of State Warrant, for Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

69-year-old Cynthia Bruce of Bluford was arrested Tuesday by the MVPD for Aggravated Delivery of Meth.

44-year-old Jon Hartman of Bluford was arrested Tuesday by the Mt. Vernon PD for Aggravated Delivery of Meth, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

39-year-old Rose McCormick of Bluford was arrested Tuesday by Mt. Vernon Police for Aggravated Delivery of Meth, Manufacture/Delivery of Fentanyl, Possession of Fentanyl and Drug Paraphernalia.

34-year-old Levi Sprehe of Mt. Vernon was arrested Tuesday by the MVPD for Domestic Battery.
