CENTRAL CITY — Central City School has announced it will once again host its annual Blood Drive with a goal of reaching 30 units of blood.

The blood drive will be held from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, October 28, in the Central City School gym.

To make an appointment, you can go online to redcrossblood.org, or you can register for a RapidPass, which allows you to pre-register and speeds up the registration process.

You need to either print out your RapidPass Confirmation letter or be able to show the Red Cross worker your Rapid Pass Confirmation E-mail. You must be at least 16 years old to donate.

Every Central City Student who has someone donate blood in their name will get a FREE Homework Pass and they will have their name entered into a drawing for Special Prizes.

Students will get a Homework Pass and their name entered in the Prize drawing for EVERY person that gives Blood in their name.

Prizes include a bicycle, lunch with a Staff Member of their choice, or a prize pack that could include a gift card, food coupon one Beanie-baby
