The Nashville Water Plant has released their precipitation numbers for the month of February.  In February, we had 2.64 inches of rain, which is a little below the average for the month, making the total for the year just under 9-inches of rain.  The 9 inches of rain is above the average we have seen over the past 4 years.  There was 1 inch of snow this past month, occurring on February 16th, which is right around what we normally have.  The total snow for the year is now at 13.5 inches, well above the average in the 1st two months of the year and the most snow we have seen in the past 3 years combined.  The average temperature was 34.45-degrees, with a high of 65 on February 5th and a low of -4 back on February 1st
