The Nashville Water Plant released the May precipitation figures, which showed that rainfall in Nashville was up.  We had just under 7-inches of rain, totaling 6.92-inches in May, making the total for the year at 26.87-inches, well above the average we see through 5 months in the year.  We have over an inch of rain 3 times, happening on May 22nd at 1.23-inches, May 19th at 1.14-inches and on May 12th at 1.13-inches.  The high was 88-degrees back on May 25th, with the low being 43-degrees on the 14th, with the average temperature being 65.9-degrees, a little warmer than usual.
