The precipitation numbers for the month of January saw lots of temperature changes, rain and snow.  We had 6.3-inches of rain, that being the most we have seen from the last 3 January’s combined.  The most occurred on January 12^th, where we saw 2-inches of showers and on January 13^th, where we had 1.2-inches of rain.  Also this past month, we saw 12.5-inches of snow, which is around the same snow total we have seen over the last 3 years combined from 2016 to 2018.  The most came on January 12^th, where we had 8.5-inches of snow, along with 2 inches on the 20^th, and 1 inch each on the 21^st and 31^st.  the high was early in the month on the 6^th and 8^th, where we had a high of 57 degrees and the low was on the last day of the month on the 31^st, where the low was negative-4 degrees.  The average temperature in January was at 30.5-degrees.
