Two Pinckneyville residents are facing charges in connection with an investigation into sexual abuse. 23-year old Jamie A. Heine is charged with Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse, while 19-year old Steven L. Moore is charged with Sexual Exploitation of a Child. In court documents, authorities allege the crimes occurred between June 1st and August 31st of this year. Pinckneyville Police say Heine was arrested last Tuesday and Moore was taken into custody two days later. Both are being held in the Perry County Jail.
