It is nearly Halloween and there will be a special presentation tonight at the Nashville Public Library about an author who wrote of death, fear and mystery.  The program is entitled, “E.A. Poe: Edgar Allen Poe’s Imagination” and it will begin at 7 PM with actor and professor emeritus Dan Haughey (Hoi), discussion several works of Poe’s, followed by a question and answer session.  It is geared towards adults more than children, as are most of Poe’s stories.  Refreshments will be available afterwards, hosted by the Friends of the Nashville Public Library.  It is free to attend, but they would appreciate phone calls to know how many are going to show, so they can be properly prepared.  Their number is 327-3827.
