For the next 2 weekends, some Nashville High School students will be flying through the air.  This year’s musical is Peter Pan and Director Steve Browne says there will be a handful of actors and actresses being hooked up to harnesses, allowing them to fly from one end of the stage to another.  He says preparation has been going for many months, beginning in June with construction of the set and then auditions and practices in September through a busy tech week going on now.  There are approximately 90 total students involved, this includes those on stage, set up, back stage, as well as sound and lights.  And what would a musical be without a pit?  Tickets are on sale for each of the Friday through Sunday performances, which start at 7 PM.  Call NCHS at 327-8286 to get them now at a discount.
