An East Saint Louis man who admitted violating his parole by selling heroin after his son’s murder has been ordered returned to federal prison.  A judge in East Saint Louis sentenced 41-year old Delano Perry to two years and nine months behind bars.  Authorities say the East Saint Louis man was released from prison in March of last year after serving time for a 1998 conviction of distributing cocaine base.  The judge who sentenced Perry last week noted that Perry for a time was successfully abiding by terms of his parole.  But the judge says in June Perry sold roughly 24 grams of heroin to a federal informant.  The judge says Perry had reverted to drug dealing partly to pay funeral expenses of his 20-year old son, who was slain last year.
