Authorities in Pinckneyville have arrested a Washington County man on theft charges.  22-year old Adrian Brand of Nashville was taken into custody yesterday and faces charges of automobile theft and criminal trespass.  Reports indicate a car was reported stolen early yesterday morning from a home in the 200 block of West Randolph in Pinckneyville.  Later on, police found the vehicle abandoned.  Brand was taken to the Perry County jail.
