The Nashville Police responded to 11 incidents, as well as 2 accidents.  According to the reports, there were several calls in response to child custody disputes or exchanges.  There was a welfare check on an individual, a neighbor dispute on the 800 block of South Mill Street on Christmas and a couple of harassment complaints.  There was one accident of a fender bender in the Kroger parking lot on Christmas Eve, while officers responded to another accident later Christmas Eve afternoon on Illinois Route 127 at Richview Road in Nashville and the driver was taken into custody.  According to the report, a vehicle driven by 35-year old Carlos C. Vaquera with the last known address of Mulkeytown, but with a Texas driver’s license, was traveling southbound and crashed into a ditch, but continued south after getting back onto the road.  Police were able to stop the vehicle at the Circle K parking lot.  Vaquera was taken into custody and later charged with DUI, Improper Lane Usage, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Illegal Transportation of Alcohol.  Bond was set at $3,000 and he was bailed out on Friday with $300.
