The Nashville Community High School Board of Education met last night. One item Superintendent Wendy Davis addressed involves the beginning discussions of having a Chromebook or laptop for every student. While the realization is still years away, the school has been using them. They would look at having a trial group first, but that could be an entire class. Davis also believes they would have grant money coming in to fund this project. The Nashville Grade School Board of Education has been discussing 1 to 1 computers for the school for many months and could vote to proceed to make it happen for next school year at their meeting on Thursday.
