The weather made conditions slippery for motorists yesterday.  According to the Washington County Sheriff’s report, that included a semi-tractor trailer truck with 2 trailers, driven by 55-year old Jesse J. Moulder of Odin, Illinois.  He was traveling westbound on Interstate 64 near mile marker 52 at 3:35 AM, when he lost control of the semi and cross winds caught the 2nd trailer, causing it to jack-knife and slide down an embankment.  Both trailers were empty, so clean up was minimal.  Moulder was not injured and there were no citations issued.
