A female from O’Fallon, Illinois, 27-year old Charita M. Horton was stopped by the Nashville Police for a traffic violation on Saturday morning and was taken into custody for Driving with Suspended License and Operating a Vehicle with No Insurance.  She was also given verbal warnings for Speeding and Operating a Vehicle with Suspended Plates.
