The Centralia High School Board of Education took a step last night toward addressing problems with Evers Field and possibly replacing the football facility.  The Board last night approved a bond resolution that will allow for the refinancing of existing bonds and the issuance of $2 million in working cash fund bonds for the facility project.  The approved resolution will issue nearly $7 million in refinanced and refunded bonds on the school construction, plus the additional $2 million in working cash bonds for the football complex.  A newly formed committee over the project just held its first meeting and has been walked through a rough design for the new facility that could either be built at Evers Field or at the high school campus.
