The Nashville Public Library has a reading program for children 4 to 7 years old during the winter and spring months. “Story Times’ is on Mondays from 6 to 6:30 PM. Library Director Linda Summers says this involves stories centered around a treasure theme and then a craft to follow. For example, this week’s theme was “Go For The Gold” and they read a couple of stories involving Winter Olympic sports. They followed that up with making a U.S.A. necklace. She says this runs 10 times in 11 weeks and it is free. Again, space is limited and registration is needed. Call the library at 327-3827 and must be accompanied by an adult.
