It’s FFA Week at Nashville High School and today is Camo Day and to show their thanks for all the teachers’ support and help, there will be a luncheon. It will be catered by Buretta’s Bar & Grill and there will also be desserts. Now it really kicks into gear tomorrow, literally. President and Public Relations Manager Morgan Dodson runs through Thursday’s events, which includes Tractor Day, where FFA members are allowed to drive their tractors and park them out back by the Washington County Fairgrounds lots by 8:30 AM. This is done on a B.E.S.T. Day to allow them more time to get to school. They also have contests, such as oldest or newest or cleanest. Because of this, the FFA has a cookout with hamburgers and hot dogs, as the upperclassmen cannot take their tractors out in town to get lunch. Again they will have the trivia contest in the morning and members can wear John Deere or International Harvester gear to see who has the most support.
