The Kaskaskia Watershed Association will hold its annual summit this Monday at the Mariner’s Village Convention Center at Lake Carlyle from 9 AM to 2 PM. The theme is “A River Runs Through It” and it will focus on the importance of the Kaskaskia College and the Kaskaskia Watershed. Topics include 319 Grant Planning Guidelines, fish & wildlife, water control, water resources development, as well as conservation and environmental programs.
