The Washington County Sheriff’s Office released their weekly report and they responded to 9 motorist assist calls, 1 accident and 11 other calls.  The various calls included removing debris from the road, checking on suspicious vehicles and persons, a welfare check in Addieville, a theft in Ashley, as well as complaints of ATV’s or 4-wheelers in Irvington and near Centralia areas.  On Saturday, they initiated a traffic stop on Highway 51 in Richview, as they cited 23-year old Gregory A. Pocrnich, Junior of Richview for Operating an Uninsured Vehicle and took him into custody for Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Firearm, but the weapon was not used.  Bond has been set at $10,000.  Most motorist assists occurred on Sunday, due to vehicles sliding off the road, due to the slippery roads.  There was also an accident on Sunday on Interstate 64 near mile marker 58, as 33-year old Shauntoya J. Shipley of Kansas City, Kansas, drove off into a ditch.  There were no injuries reported in this accident or any of the assist calls.
