Nashville High School FFA member, Tricia Herrmann, was selected as District 5 FFA Star in the Ag Placement contest. This award is based on the student’s Supervised Agricultural Experience Program. Herrmann’s S.A.E.P.s include her work with mums and her pumpkin patch at her home. The competition was held Monday, March 10th at Rend Lake College. She is the daughter of Charlene and Carl Herrmann of Hoyleton. She was selected in competition out of five FFA members from District 5. Julie Bond-Ledford is the Agriculture teacher and FFA Advisor at Nashville Community High School.
