Katherine “Katie” Marie Adams of Nashville, IL departed this life at Crossroads Community Hospital in Mt. Vernon, IL on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at 12:20 AM.  She had attained the age of 24 years, 3 months and 21 days.

Funeral services will be held at the Campagna Funeral Home in Nashville, IL on Thursday, May 22, 2014 at 10 AM with interment to follow.

Friends may call at the Campagna Funeral Home in Nashville on Wednesday from 5 PM until 8 PM.

Should friends desire memorials can be made to the Washington County Partners for Pets or to the family of Katie Adams and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
