Memorial Day Weekend is coming up in a few days and that is when most public pools open, but Memorial Park Board President Steve Fletcher said it will be a week later for the Nashville pool to open. There was some unexpected patching that is needed before they can paint the pool and fill it. Therefore, it will be Saturday, May 31st as the earliest it can open up. He said they also needed to make some minor repairs in the bathhouse and the weather has not been cooperative with their timetable.
