Two Nashville Hornet baseball players have been named to the Missouri versus Illinois High School Baseball Showcase, which features 50 senior all-stars, chosen by a selection committee of sportswriters from both sides of the river. Keegan Anderson will be a pitcher and Jordan Harre a catcher for the Illinois squad. The game is Thursday, June 12th, at 7 PM at Busch Stadium in Saint Louis. Players are also invited to take part in a banquet earlier in the day, as well as a skills competition at the stadium. Admission to the skills competition and the game is free. Previous Nashville hornets chosen to play were Kyle Mueller and John Goodrich in 2012 and Greg Guest in 2010.
