Kaskaskia College reports that Saint Ann Grade School in Nashville is also supporting the KC Nashville Education Center Campaign.  The school recently participated in the County-Wide Hat Day where students paid $1 to wear a hat to school and all proceeds benefited the KC Nashville Campaign, of which they raised $63.  Saint Ann Principal, Bonnie Paszkiewicz said, “When asked by the local public school superintendent to participate in the “Washington County School Hat Day” it was considered to be one of those things the school does to help the community.  Service to Church, School, and Community is what we do at Saint Ann School.  Education is our goal and having a local facility to make furthering one’s education possible only makes sense.  Sixty three students decided they wanted to help make higher education in Nashville possible.”
