A Granite City man involved in an accident that resulted in another man’s death, turned himself into the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. On Friday, June 13th, the Saint Clair County State’s Attorneys’ Office charged 36-year old William J. Wellmon with one count of Reckless Homicide and one count of Aggravated Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol Causing Death.
