A man has been found shot dead on an East Saint Louis street.  Police released little other information about the early Wednesday death.  Assistant Police Chief Ronald Ike says police arrived to find the victim’s body.  He says it appears the man died from at least one gunshot wound.  Ike says the man was wearing a back pack.  The victim wasn’t immediately identified.  Police say they don’t have any suspects or a motive in the case.
