Three men have been charged with felonies in southwest Illinois for what police say was the theft of 10,000 gallons of used cooking oil.  According to the Belleville News-Democrat, 32-year old Bo Lin of Fairview Heights, 25-year old Tuo Li of Chicago and 30-year old Kentvy Wong of Flushing, New York, have been charged with felony theft after their arrests on July 16th.  Police arrested the three in a barn where the cooking oil was found.  According to Saint Clair County court records, none of the three has yet entered a plea or has an attorney.  Police believe the cooking oil was being taken from outside restaurants to sell to biodiesel plants.
