Nashville Police responded to an incident at Little Nashville late Thursday evening and took the suspect into custody, but that person was found dead in the Washington County Jail in her cell on Friday morning.  According to Washington County Coroner Mark Styninger, he was called to the jail at 7 AM and 37-year old Sommer V. Ringwall of Cedar Hill, Missouri, was pronounced dead at 7:10.  An autopsy and toxicology tests were performed Saturday and the results are pending, but Styninger says foul play is not suspected.  According to the NPD report, there was a ministerial alliance event at the restaurant and Ringwall was asking them for some sort of financial assistance.  When she was questioned by the police, she allegedly gave false information and was taken into custody, as she was then found to have a warrant from Franklin County, Missouri issued in her name.  She was to be charged with Obstructing Justice after being taken to the jail, as well as to be held for the Missouri authorities.  The Illinois State Police is handling the investigation.
