The Nashville City Council will meet tonight at 7 o’clock in City Hall for the 1st of 2 monthly meetings.  Opal Koch of the Washington County Senior Services will speak to the Council about the Meals On Wheels program, they will go over the Boreup annexation by Route 127 and Enterprise Avenue, and discuss annexing certain land into the city limits and then discuss rezoning it from residential to manufacturing to allow for a cannabis cultivation center.   Later in the meeting they will vote on support of a cannabis cultivation center in town.  They will discuss a resolution on the Warren G. Murray Developmental Center’s 50th anniversary, as well as a resolution on an agreement on the city’s municipal electricity aggregate program.  All Trash Days will be discussed, they might hire someone in the utilities department, get an update on the new street shed and go over an audit.  The public is invited to attend.
