The Nashville City Council will meet tonight at 7 o’clock for their regular meeting, but there will be a Property & Zoning Committee meeting that is open to the public beginning at 6:15 PM.  The topic of the meeting is the review of the Nature’s Care’s latest proposal asking for the Council’s support, as a location has been found, but it’s whereabouts have not been released.  It could be a new location or the previous location with modifications, as the previous location just off Mockingbird Road and Route 127 was within 2,500 of residential areas, so there are laws that prohibit a business like a cannabis cultivation center from being that close to a residential zone.  Nature’s Care’s representative Mitch Meyers has been trying to secure another location in Nashville since the middle of August.  The City Council will take action in the meeting later tonight.  The public is invited to attend.
