The Nashville Public Library is kicking off their Fall Movie Schedule this Thursday night at 7 PM.  Library Director Linda Summers says there will be 6 movies with the first 5 set for Thursdays, but they will also have one during the schools’ holiday break.  The first movie is Fantastic Mr. Fox at 7 PM on Thursday night.  Next will be Divergent on October 16th during Teen Reading Week, then Clue on October 30th and Treasure Island, the 1950 version, will be on November 13th, as that week features author Robert Louis Stevenson’s birthday.  After the Thanksgiving break, the next movie will be on December 11th at 10:30 AM and 5 PM, as it gets darker earlier, but also to have a matinee for this Christmas special.  The final movie will be Frozen on Tuesday, December 30th at 2 PM.  Summers says these are great deals.  All of these movies are free and shown on their digital projector, they have popcorn and water or soft drinks are only 50 cents, or they can bring their own.  The first movie is from the story written by Roald Dahl, whose birthday is this week.  He also wrote Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.  Summers also says many, if not all of these movies are for adults, as well as for children.  If you have any questions, call 327-3827.
