The Saint Louis Cardinals lost the 4 games series to the Cincinnati Reds yesterday, as they were shutout 1 to nothing. They now take on the Colorado Rockies over the weekend.

The Nashville Hornettes beat Centralia in 2 sets, 25 to 22 in both, last night in volleyball action. Tomorrow they are in the 2014 Benton Rangerette Volleyball Classic.  They will play Thompsonville at 9 AM, then we will fit in the Coaches Corner at 10:15.  The Hornettes will play again at noon against Johnston City and then about 2 PM against Valmeyer.  The winners will play twice to find the champion, which will begin at 3 PM.  It will all be on the V and v1047.com tomorrow morning.

The Nashville Hornets take their 2 and oh record into Trenton to take on Wesclin tonight. The game will be at 7 PM with the broadcast to begin shortly before that on the V and v1047.com.
