The Washington County Sheriff’s Department responded to a call of a disturbance on the 600 block of Howe Street in Irvington on Sunday evening. They arrested 23-year old Julian E. Heffron of Centralia, as he allegedly pulled out a weapon and threatened 22-year old Debora Eagan of that address, putting her in reasonable fear of being battered.  Heffron was charged with Aggravated Assault and bond was set at $1,500, but he was bailed out with $150.  He is not allowed to have any contact of any kind with the victim.
