The Nashville Police Department did not respond to any report of accidents in the past week. They responded to an address on the 200 block of East Saint Louis a couple of times last Wednesday. First for a report of home invasion and battery, while later for a report of damage to a vehicle. No one was arrested at either response. They also responded to a welfare check on the 11,700 block of Route 127, a disturbance on the 200 block of West 2nd Street, a dog complaint on the 200 block of Lebanon Street and later over the weekend on the 600 block of West Chester Street, suspicious activity on the 700 block of Kaskaskia Street and the 900 block of South Buhrman Street on the same day, assisted the Illinois State Police on an accident, assisted the Washington County Sheriff’s Department with a combative inmate, responded to a report of a telephone scam from a resident on the 400 block of South Kaskaskia Street, received a report of a reckless driver in the area of West Elm and North Troutt, observed suspicious activity at the Animal Control Building on Sunday, but no one was arrested and responded to some loose dogs on the 200 block of East Lebanon. They arrested 32-year old Donnie G. Hollowell of Nashville on a Randolph County arrest warrant.
