Updating a story from last week, the name of a man killed when police say he was breaking into a home is out.  Police say David Shemonia of New Athens broke into the home on Torrens Lane in southern Saint Clair County and the homeowner shot him.  Shemonia was found dead in the backyard.  Police are still investigating but say they don’t expect they’ll file any charges against the homeowner.
