The Washington County Sheriff’s Department responded to only 1 accident in the past week.  It occurred on Thursday at Tower Road and Holly Road.  A vehicle driven by 33-year old Vicki E. Dees of Richview struck a tractor driven by 30-year old Aaron R. Brink of Dix.  There were no injuries reported or any citations issued.  Deputies assisted the Okawville Police Department with a domestic call in Okawville, arrested 23-year old Yusef K. Douglas of Florissant, Missouri for Driving While License Suspended and cited him for no taillights during a traffic stop, responded to a report of identity theft from a resident in rural Nashville, took a telephone report of fraud from a victim located in Venedy Township, responded to a telephone report of a dispute with a neighbor in Okawville Township, took a report of a civil matter from a resident of Richview, took a report of fraud from a resident of rural Hoyleton, arrested 60-year old Jan P. Morgan of Oakland, Indiana on an outstanding warrant, responded to Ashley in reference to a property line dispute between neighbors, arrested Karen P. King for Driving While License Suspended and gave her a verbal warning for failure to dim headlights when required during a traffic stop, returned a phone call from a resident of rural Irvington regarding child custody, assisted the Nashville Police Department with a disturbance and responded to the Washington County Hospital to assist the NPD with a mentally disturbed individual.
