The number of animals that need homes that are at the Washington County Animal Shelter dropped by 1 in the past week, as 3 dogs were brought in, including a tan pit bull and a couple of coonhounds, while 3 dogs were adopted.  The 1 cat at the shelter was adopted, so there are 12 animals at the shelter that need homes.  Dog adoption fee is $30, which includes an A.V.I.D.
