The Nashville Police Department responded to the 300 block of West Maple Street for a report of domestic battery last Thursday.  According to the report, 35-year old James Kozuszek of Nashville allegedly intentionally strangled Amy Rees.  He has been charged with Aggravated Domestic Battery, Domestic Battery, as he was previously convicted on domestic battery and Obstructing Justice, as he allegedly resisted arrest in some way.  His bond is set at $50,000, but if he gets out of jail, he is not allowed to have any kind of contact with Rees and a juvenile.
