The Saint Louis Cardinals beat the Pittsburgh Pirates 2 to 1 on Friday night in extra innings.  They won again 2 to 1 on Saturday in extra innings to win another series.  Then yesterday, the Redbirds completed the sweep with a 3 to 2 win in extra innings.

The Nashville Hornet baseball team beat Carterville 11 to 4 on Friday.  Today they take on Red Bud at 4:30 and the game is on the V and v1047.com.
