The Kaskaskia College Choirs will present “The Best of Rodgers and Hammerstein” as a dinner theatre show beginning at 6 PM on Saturday and a Mother’s Day luncheon beginning at 1 PM on Sunday.  The performance will feature staged, choreographed, and costumed scenes from all of your favorite shows, including “State Fair,” “Cinderella,” “South Pacific,” “Oklahoma,” “The King and I,” “Carousel,” and “The Sound of Music.”  Treat a special lady in your life to a wonderful Mother’s Day gift and bring her to KC’s “The Best of Rodgers and Hammerstein,” this Mother’s Day weekend.  Every lady in attendance will receive an entry form for a special Mother’s Day gift basket at each performance.  Tickets for both shows are $20 each and seating is first come, first served basis.  The meal both days will be an ‘Oklahoma Box Social’ style Barbecue dinner with a potato and coleslaw salad, biscuits and cornbread, iced tea, and strawberry shortcake for dessert.  For ticket information, please contact the KC Season of Entertainment Ticket Office at 618-545-3223.  Tickets may also be purchased online at www.kaskaskia.edu/soe.
