Mr. Raymond L. Lisk of Nashville, IL departed this life at his residence in Nashville on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at 7:48 P.M.  He had attained the age of 58 years, 6 months and 27 days.

Per the wishes of Raymond and his family, cremation was performed and a memorial service will be held at Nashville Assembly of God Church in Nashville, IL on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at 12 P.M. with Reverends Scott and Syd Osenbaugh officiating.  Interment of the Ashes will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery in Nashville, IL.

Friends may call at the Nashville Assembly of God Church in Nashville, IL on Saturday from 9 A.M. until the service hour.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Nashville Assembly of God and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home in Nashville, in charge of arrangements.
