Ten families are left homeless after a weekend apartment fire in Belleville.  The blaze happened Sunday afternoon at the Saint Clair Village apartment complex on the 300 block of Carlyle Avenue.  Three people were taken to the hospital with smoke inhalation, but were treated and released.  Fire investigators say they don’t believe any foul play was involved and they’re investigating the cause of the fire.
