The Nashville Police Department was busy again last week, but only had 1 accident to report. It occurred on Sunday on the 300 block of East Saint Louis in the Nashville Motel parking lot. An unknown vehicle backed into a parked vehicle. Last Monday, officers took a report of property damage from the 400 block of North Kaskaskia Street, took a complaint about parking on East Alton Street and responded to Little Nashville for a stranded subject. A week ago, they responded to Enterprise Avenue for an unwanted subject, watched a property exchange on the 400 block of East Elm Street, responded to the 100 block of East Lebanon Street for a civil dispute and took a report of phone harassment from a person on the 400 block of East Elm Street. On Wednesday, the NPD responded to an alarm on the 100 block of East Saint Louis Street, responded to the 300 block of West Chester Street for threats, conducted a welfare check on the 600 block of East Saint Louis Street, responded to the 400 block of East Elm Street for a downed power line and took a report of theft from the 500 block of West Goodner Street. On Thursday, they responded to the 400 block of North Hoffman Street for a suicidal subject, responded to East Adams Street about a suspicious person, went to the 700 block of South Mill Street for a neighbor dispute, took a report of property damage that occurred on the 9,000 block of Commerce Avenue, took a phone harassment complaint from a person on the 200 block of Independence Street, responded to the 500 block of South Prairie Street for a tree in the roadway and responded to the 600 block of West Walnut Street for a property dispute. On Friday, officers responded to the 400 block of South Washington Street for a domestic dispute. On Saturday they assisted the Washington County Sheriff’s Department with a fight in a vehicle on East Route 15, responded to the 600 block of East Saint Louis Street for an unwanted subject and took a complaint of dogs barking on the 100 block of North Broadway Street. On Sunday, the NPD attended a property exchange on the 600 block of East Saint Louis Street and yesterday they took a report of property damage on the 100 block East Saint Louis.
