The Nashville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors met yesterday and they talked more about some upcoming events. Tomorrow is Moonlight Madness from 6 to 9 PM throughout Nashville.  Stores will have specials, as well as a box for customers to sign up for one of five $100 Nashville Dollars prizes.  The drawings are at 9:15 at the Chamber office and you must be present to win.  Other groups will be on the sidewalks doing something for their organization, such as Project Prom and the Girl Scouts.  There will also be some musicians out by Bits Of Gold.  Nashville Chamber Savings Cards will also be available at the Chamber office at discounted prices for the one night only.  There are 5 new businesses on the card, including Penny Lane Consignment, Borowiak’s Uniforms & Shoes, Jessie Hair & Nail Studio, Lacey’s Barber Shop and Dreas Chiropractic.  Details are still being worked out with the Historical Society for Santa Saturday and all of his appearances in the next couple of months.  Specifics should be announced at the General Membership meeting next Wednesday at noon at Little Nashville.  The SIU students from Carbondale that were here earlier this year to look at the town’s layout, will have a report at the meeting.  There will be a ribbon cutting on Monday, November 30th for Nashville Fitness at their new location by the car wash.
