The number of animals that need homes that are at the Washington County Animal Shelter has decreased in the past week.  5 dogs found homes and only 1 new dog was brought in, being a Leopard Hound, so the number of dogs has gone from 11 to 7.  Last week there were 6 cats available, and this week there are 5 cats available, so there are now 12, compared to 17 animals at the shelter last week that need homes this holiday season.  Dog adoption fee is $30, which includes an A.V.I.D.
