The Illinois State Police of District 13 report a 2-vehicle crash early yesterday afternoon on County Line Road of Perry/Randolph at Route 154 in Perry County.  A semi-tractor trailer truck driven by 54-year old John C. Lietz of Hoyleton failed to yield when he pulled onto Route 154 from the County Line Road, in front of another semi-tractor trailer truck driven by 56-year old Larry G. Siemers of Steeleville and they collided.  Both were wearing seatbelts, but Siemers was taken to Sparta Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  Lietz was cited for Failure to Yield.
