David Allan Martin of Addieville, IL departed this life in rural Okawville, IL on Friday, January 8, 2016 at 7:57 P.M. following a tragic accident. He had attained the age of 50 years, 11 months and 14 days.

In accordance with the wishes of the family, cremation will be performed and a memorial service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of David Martin, may be made to the Washington County Partners for Pets and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home of Okawville.
