Mr. Jack Brooks, III, of Beckemeyer, IL, departed this life at his residence on Thursday, February 11, 2016.   He had attained the age of 47 years, 7 months and 7 days.

A celebration of life gathering will be held at the Campagna Funeral Home in Nashville, IL on Friday, February 19, 2016 from 6 PM to 8 PM.

Should friends desire memorials may be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
